Language: IJILAN accepts manuscripts written in English and selected indigenous languages, subject to the availability of competent reviewers and editorial expertise. Authors submitting in indigenous languages are encouraged to provide English abstracts to facilitate wider accessibility.
Scope of the Journal: IJILAN encourages interdisciplinary approaches that connect indigenous language studies with communication, media, education, technology, culture, governance, and sustainable development.

Manuscript Submission
The International Journal of Indigenous Languages (IJILAN) welcomes the submission of original, high-quality scholarly manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of indigenous language studies and related interdisciplinary fields. Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts that are original, ethically conducted, and relevant to the scope and objectives of the journal.
All submissions must comply with the journal’s editorial policies, ethical standards, and formatting requirements.

Submission Process
Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the journal’s official submission platform or editorial email address.

Abstract and Keywords
Each manuscript must include:

Between four and six keywords relevant to the manuscript.
Where manuscripts are submitted in indigenous languages, an English abstract must also be provided.
Citation and Referencing Style
IJILAN adopts the latest edition of the APA referencing style unless otherwise specified.
Authors must:

Cite all sources appropriately;

Include DOI numbers where available.
Improper referencing or citation practices may result in rejection.
Tables, Figures, and Illustrations

Tables and figures must be clearly labeled and numbered;

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
